Up the stairs to the second floor you will find 4 well appointed private bedrooms, a 5th bedroom loft, and two large full baths. The 1st Bedroom Master King Suite has a large bathroom with his and her sinks and a luxurious Jacuzzi tub overlooking the bay. The commode and large shower are in their own private room. The walk-in closet also has a full laundry. This spacious king suite has vaulted cherry wood ceilings, a remote controlled fireplace, a 42 inch flat screen TV/DVD, and a small kitchenette with a mini-fridge and coffee maker. A private deck offers spectacular bay side views or lay in bed, as if you were sleeping on a yacht, and look out upon the bay vista. The 2nd Bedroom King Suite is large and comfortable with a 46 inch flat screen TV/DVD, ceiling fan, accent lighting, and cherry wood vaulted ceilings. This suite has a large unique three-quarter round window ideal for watching the sun drop gracefully into the bay and also offers a lake view from the bed. The 3rd Bedroom Queen Suite is a private and cozy retreat with vaulted ceilings, lake view, 50 inch flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a large closet. The 4th Bedroom Suite has a lake view and is conveniently located adjacent to the full bath and the third queen suite. This child friendly room offers a full and twin built-in bunk bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The second floor common 2nd Full Bath is spacious with a large jetted tub overlooking the lake and separate shower.Continuing upward is a 5th Loft Bedroom with cherry hardwood ceilings and many interesting nooks. This room has a TV/DVD, and a fold-out queen sleeper sofa. A large round window offers views to the Lake. Up two more steps and through a key-lockable door you will find the Upper Loft/Office. Overlooking the master king suite this compact nook-type room offers a comfortable chair and desk.
Outside at the water's edge of the Bay is the Guest House 6th Master Bedroom. This detached "Tiny Home" type structure offers a private cozy retreat. You can lay in the King sized bed and peer out of the large sliding glass door to see the Millennium roller coaster on the Horizon. You will have everything you need including, ** a full bath with a shower, 48 inch flat screen TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Stay comfortable with air conditioning, electric heat, and an electric fireplace. **(Guest House bath is operational from May 1st through November 1st).
Off the circular driveway you will find the freestanding Game Room/Kids 7th Bedroom. 480 square feet of open, durable, youth friendly space. There are many of games of skill such as Air Hockey, Foosball, Darts, etc. This outpost offers all the comforts of home including a second full size refrigerator, fireplace, a large flat screen T.V., and a half bath **(The Game Room half bath is operational May 1st through November 1st). Children may wish to utilize the four twin bed/lounge chairs provided and bring sleeping bags for a "sleepover" in this fun hideout. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the Game Room rain or shine.
Outside… enjoy croquet, badminton, bocce ball, horseshoes, corn hole, and many other outdoor family activities. Paddle out onto the sheltered waters of Sandusky Bay to encounter the unique wildlife habitat. You will see a variety of birds, ducks, turtles, fish or possibly a white swan or bald eagle. Enjoy a cruise up the coast for a self-guided architectural tour of the waterfront homes in the watercraft provided. You may wish to lounge on the large sundeck/dock overlooking Sandusky Bay. This waterside area is great for sunbathing, shore fishing, or just watching the watercraft cruise by. After taking in a beautiful sunset over the bay the large fire pit is ideal for a bonfire. You may sit around the fire and roast hot dogs and marshmallows on the sticks provided.
Down the driveway and across the street is the **private beach located on the North Shore of Lake Erie. ** (The beach size varies from 10 yards of sand to underwater depending on wind, waves and, the water level).
