"Great location for the price! Staff was friendly and attentive. Ex: rooms are not serviced every day, but a quick phone call got our room turned over without issue. They also provide a large number of toiletries that one might need, and were great about storing our bags after check out so we could roam the city for a few hours. I'd love the corners of the shower to get a little attention, but other than than, great property and would recommend! Rooms are very small, so pack light preferably. "

"The hotel is located relatively close to subway stations and to battery park. The breakfast was also decent and included hot food items that were refilled throughout breakfast service. It was a nice touch that our room included a kitchenette with dishes which came in handy our takeout meals. The staff were also very polite and very helpful. I will definitely consider staying here again for my next trip to NYC."

"I cannot get over how amazing my experience was with this stay. Everything from the view, location, comfort! 5 stars all around. Staff was friendly and helpful, the bed and pillows were superb, and easy access to EVERY subway we needed via the oculus! We had a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the water AND the 9/11 memorial. Sounds dramatic, but I literally almost cried when I saw the view. The ONLY thing I would say to improve is the shower head. The water pressure wasn’t strong...
