"Disappointed on how the hotel staff handled the situation I brought up to them regarding being intentionally snowed in around my car by the plow truck driver - not once but twice during the same one night stay. Gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. Simply received a polite response with no solution. won’t be staying there again due to this lack of customer satisfaction. "

"Such a lovely Inn! The colonial and antique furniture throughout is just beautiful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Electric fireplace in my room was a nice touch and I always love towels warmers! I stayed downstairs , directly under the pub, so it was a bit noisy. I’d definitely suggest a different room for quieter sleep. Also, no elevator , so if you stay downstairs be light in the luggage . The bed WAS like a cloud , though :) ! The jacuzzi bath hadn’t been run in a while and had some sediment in the blowers but after I cleaned it up , it was quite nice and relaxing . The staff was super friendly and very helpful ! Very efficient! I’d love to come when I could stay a little longer and really check out the property more ! "

"EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT! The breakfast was so good! My only suggestion is the home fries not be spicy. :) our room was amazing! This hotel is the BEST we've ever stayed in! We will be back!"

"The hot tub didn’t completely plug, it had a slow leak and would stay full unless we continuously added water. There were cigarette burn holes in the curtain, bathroom sink had cigarette burn marks as well. The internet was a choppy signal hit or miss at best. There were cracked and damaged pictures on the walls. The were annoyed that we requested extra towels (keep in mind that we stayed 3 nights). Overall not worth the price they ask for peak times in my opinion. Slow time prices would be worth it if the negatives were fixed or we were compensated for our inconvenience and the way we were treated by staff."

"Clean room, great view. I don't know if I would call the room "deluxe". It was a basic room. The massage chair was enticing, but not very comfortable. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were nice, but a bit small. Some of the staff was very friendly and some did not even look up from their phones. The decor is a bit outdated. There is limited dining close by, so it would be nice if there was restaurant on premises. "
