Welcome! Whether you're in town with family, friends or colleagues, come enjoy a relaxing stay in our humble abode. Open concept living area, with large master-suite, and spacious backyard. Coffee lovers welcome, whether it's drip coffee or espresso. Each space has beautiful natural lighting, and a refreshing backyard that faces dense forest with a creek. Parking pad available with level 2 charger (for our EV friends). 15 minutes from downtown Sanford.


The space


Single-level home in a cul-de-sac. Three private bedrooms, with queen/full size beds. Dedicated workspace with monitors. An acre lot with plenty of trees and small creek in the back. Patio is relaxing and faces greenery. There are steps to enter the home.


Other things to note


Sanford is a relatively small city sandwiched between Raleigh and Fayetteville. In downtown Sanford, you will find historic buildings, with many cute shops, great coffee spots, and of course, great food. You can discover all of downtown Sanford in one day, but if you want to explore nearby parks it will take longer!
