Bungalow tucked away in the forest with panoramic views as far as Thuringia on a 4500 m² completely fenced natural plot. Own driveway (approx. 700 m rough, gravelled forest road, not for low-lying vehicles). Parking spaces in front of or on the property (carport).

Please note that both pools cannot be used outside the pool season!
Pool season: May - end of September
There is a large (7.5 m x 4 m x 1.50 m) covered and heated pool (heat pump) with counter-current system on the property.
The heating costs for the pool are covered by the landlord!
Dogs are not allowed in the pool!
For the four-legged friends there is a separate dog pool (1.70 x 0.60 m)

There is also a table tennis table in the garden, approx. 15 minutes by car to the historic old town. The bungalow is completely barrier-free. In the house there is a large light-flooded living room with sofa corner (can be converted into a sofa bed) and dining area as well as a cosy stove bench. The bedroom has a double bed. In the 2nd bungalow there is another room with a sofa bed for free use.in the fitted kitchen there is a fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, freezer, slicer, dishwasher and microwave as well as an induction cooker with oven.from the property you come directly onto the hiking trail, no road nearby. Ideal for children and pets.internet is available under reservation, as only limited volume available (250 GB/month).in winter four-wheel drive or snow chains required, as no winter service!!! Note!
