"Great location tucked away in paradise. Unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful new sofa bed that was very comfortable. No complaints at all with this visit Check in and check out was easy and explained in an info book, no one bothered us as check in process was remote and we felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Will be back!"

"We had a wonderful time at Breakers West. The condo was absolutely spotless. It was the only condo group that was occupied due to the recent storms. The shells were piled up 3-4 feet in some spots on the beach due to the storms. The Island is rebuilding but we found plenty of spots open for lunch and dinner. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for a week stay. We would highly recommend this property."

"This is a beautiful property and roomy condo with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed swimming in the gulf in the morning for a refreshing 'wake up' and also in the evening to watch the beautiful sunsets."

"We loved our stay at Breakers West. The condo was beautiful, loved the decor. The beach was so close, we had such a nice time. Elevator not working so be prepared to get your steps in going to the third floor. We didnt mind"

"The condo was wonderful and exactly as advertised. The communication was excellent and always timely. This was the best stocked condo that I’ve ever been to, with so many beach items (umbrella, chairs, toys, football and soccer balls, fishing poles, and much more). Would definitely go back again!"

"Condo was clean and in a wonderful location. Had everything we needed inside and chairs/towels for the beach. One minute walk to beach. Beach views from the enclosed balcony. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Only downfall was no elevators so you have to go up and down 2 flights of stairs."

"The condo is just as pictured. It’s very recently renovated so everything is crisp and clean. The master bed is incredibly comfortable. The beach isn’t too terribly far away but it’s a bit of a walk. Fortunately, the owners have a wagon (and there’s an elevator to easily get it to the ground floor). I would not hesitate for a second in booking this condo. BTW: the shelling was amazing and owners are fantastic!"

"This resort has only 21 units. Everything is close both the n Sanibel and on property. Easy to get to the beach, your car, shops. Place was well maintained and relaxing."
