This spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home plus everything Sanibel Island has to offer! The master suite has a king bed and access to the screened lanai. The guest room has doors which can connect to create a private suite with bath. The guest room has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The large and bright living/dining room leads to a screened lanai overlooking an exotic tropical pond. The fully equipped kitchen has had a makeover featuring granite counters and stainless-steel appliances (ice-maker in freezer). Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs with DVD players, queen size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta is a 62-condo complex with on-site management and maintenance. Our staff is ready to answer questions, rent bikes, and share your adventures. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators--all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! For golfers, just a block away is Sanibel Island Golf Club which wraps around the scenic Sanibel River. It is a semi-private 18-hole par 70 championship course and offers an unforgettable golfing experience for players of all skill levels. It is our sincere belief that our paradise home located just steps from the pool and beach will provide you with rest, relaxation and enjoyment. You are now on "island time." Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply.
