Wir kamen in eine gut geheizte Wohnung, was uns sehr gefreut hat - da haben wir schon gegenteilige Erfahrungen gemacht.Es sind 3 Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch kann man auch gut schlafen.Wir fanden es auch sehr gut, dass es ein kleines "Cleaning" Paket gab: 3 Spülmaschinentabs, Lappen usw. "Sehr tolle Unterkunft (wir waren zu 12), mit ausreichend Bäder für jede Partei. Große, geräumige Küche mit angrenzendem Esszimmer an dessen Tisch gemütlich 12 Leute passen und daher die Abende lang wurden.....Kulinarisch bietet Eisenerz nicht viel, schon gar nicht, wenn man mit einer großen Gruppe kommt. Fussläufig zur Unterkunft auch eher nichts.Im Resort gibt es ein kleines Restaurant mit übersichtlicher Karte -- sehr lecker und Martina war die beste Bedienung, die wir uns wünschen konnten!!...

"The chairs where really bad. Falling apart and leaving bits and pieces everywhere. including on skin and in bed. The pillows where too thin and 1 was falling apart. The shower was really good. ETA was communicated to us by Bellvilla and was not in order with resort reception. We where blamed for being late. While we came early to the our communicated eta. Appartment only has chairs no sofa. The kitchen wear was filthy on arrival. we found dustbunny's on walls."

"My family of 5 had a nice stay in our assigned cabin. There was plenty of space for us, and both bathrooms were really spacious and nice. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery, but there is not much space to prepare and cook your food. We managed well enough. Contrary to the property description, there is no WiFi. That is clearly stated on the resort website; I don't know why the VRBO description says otherwise."

"The hotel is located within an easy walk to the old town. The spa is connected to the hotel underground. The weather was terrible when we were there and so we had dinner in the hotel restaurant that turned out to be wonderful. Staff and service were great. The spa really makes this place special (although some Americans may not be comfortable with mixed-sex nudity, which is required in the sauna areas). "
