Charming Apartment in a quite and central location

Our comfortable apartment building is located in a central, yet very quiet residential area in the north of St. Pölten in the immediate vicinity of the Traisen River. Just a short walk away, the idyllic Viehofner lakes await you, an oasis of pure relaxation. The St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences with the renowned Bertha von Suttner Private University and the provincial hospital are also in our neighbourhood. For shopping enthusiasts, the Traisenpark shopping centre is also just a stone's throw away.

Whether you are in the city for business, cultural events or further education, our location is ideal for all your needs. You can easily reach these important places on foot or with a short journey and enjoy the advantages of our quiet residential estate to the full. We look forward to welcoming you to our flat block!

The flat is located on the 1st floor of our cosy apartment building with two separate residential units. The flat TOP2 offers space for up to 2 guests. We are also happy to provide a baby cot on request.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of our cosy apartment building with two separate residential units. The flat TOP2 offers space for up to 2 guests. We are also happy to provide a baby cot on request. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with dining table and a separate bedroom. The bathroom has a shower. We provide you with free care products in the bathroom, such as shower gel and shampoo. The toilet is separate.

The flat is fully equipped for your pleasant stay. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, from sharp knives to cooking spoons.There are also glasses, plates and pots as well as a Philips Senseo coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle.

A selection of coffee pads and a wide range of teas are also available to our guests free of charge. We want to make sure that you feel completely at home, so bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are also provided for you.

You can also expect a varied TV programme, including popular streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime.

We look forward to welcoming you to our comfortable TOP 2 flat and wish you a pleasant and unforgettable stay!
