"The apartment is simply gorgeous. It is fully equipped with everything you could need. We cook a lot when on holiday and the kitchen lacked nothing. The balcony faces south east so you get the sun most of the day. The river at the bottom of the garden provides a very relaxing sound. Walking routes are available in almost every direction, a great place to come to build up your fitness at your own pace. I cannot recommend this place enough for a relaxing yet energetic holiday location!"

"Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. Ca 400 m lopen naar de rode piste bij dolomietenhof waar je ook lekker kan eten. Skischool freeride alpin bij donnerkogelbahn was prima geregeld voor onze kids. Voor beginners wat lastig om verder het gebied in te gaan. Dan zijn piste 14 en 11(a) nog net te doen. Mooie week gehad"

"Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations. "

"Review for Hotel Schwabenwirt We stayed at Hotel Schwabenwirt for two nights and had a great experience. One highlight was the early check-in—our room was ready when we arrived, which made things very convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, adding to the pleasant stay. Our room was very spacious, with a modern and well-lit bathroom. The bed was comfortable and spacious, and we slept very well both nights. The windows provided excellent sound insulation, so despite the hotel’s strategic location right across from the Berchtesgaden train and bus station, we had no issues with noise at all. The hotel is located right in front of the Berchtesgadener Ache, a beautiful river with crystal-clear waters, adding to the charm of the surroundings. The location is not only strategic for transportation but also very convenient, with two supermarkets (Rewe and Lidl) and a DM drugstore right next door. This made it easy to grab anything we needed during our stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, I wouldn’t think twice about returning to Hotel Schwabenwirt when visiting Berchtesgaden. Its convenient location, beautiful surroundings, and friendly staff make it a great choice. Highly recommended!"
