There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. "Stay was a picturesque fantasy view with charming B&B elements in the house. Charming hostess and beautiful breakfast. Minor issues with TV remote not working so TV did not work. Hostess was lovely. Said we could reach out to them for anything, but was unclear how to do that once we made it to our room as the house is not clear about where the hostess stays or how to get in touch. "

"Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

The chalet is as described (better even) and its location excellent for local walks as well as further away visits including Salzburg, Hallstatt, and of course of the whole Dachstein area. On location and to be enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna add a real bonus, as well as few nice restaurants immediately around. "An excellent Villa, very clean and well looked after. The swimming pool was great, it has a deep part in the middle and is very shallow at one end which would suit paddling toddlers. We are a family of 7 and had loads of space in the Villa. The top floor bedroom can get very hot which wasn't a problem for us as only one of my children was sleeping in there. "The hotel is great with beautiful scenery from the balcony. Building condition a little run down, when we open the room balcony door, the door latch came out. But overall the room is comfortable and very clean. I love the heated toilet flooring which is so comfortable when spend time in the toilet. Me and my husband had a very pleasant stay for a night at this hotel. The only disappointment was during the arrival. No car is allowed to drive to the hotel. The instruction given was to go to parking P1 and press the hotel shuttle service button, hotel will arrange shuttle to pick up. We waited at P1 location in the super cold weather without a seat for almost an hour. After numerous pressing of button and 2 calls, finally the shuttle arrived. The distance to hotel is just about 5 to 10 minutes drive but we waited in the cold for almost one hour. We hope the hotel can improve the shuttle service and give clearer instruction to their guests. The instruction given today is for guests who drive there not for guest who take taxi there. "

"Great location! Lots of shopping and restaurants neaby. The hotel bar has great drinks and atmosphere. If your too lazy to leave, they also have great quick bites. The rooms are very clean and offer excellent amenities. The biggest 5 star rating about this hotel is the staff. They are fantastic. Very helpful and really nice to talk to. We changed our reservation to leave Vienna quicker than anticipated and are so thankful we did. To be honest, I thought I was going to go home disliking Austria because of the attitudes we faced in Vienna. Super grumpy unpleasant people no matter how friendly you are to them. We get along with anyone but my patience was tested in Vienna. Salzburg and the staff here turned it all around and we will happily come back to Salzburg. You will not go wrong with the NH hotels. The only downside, that may not be a downside for some, the beds are really hard in all NH hotels. We dont like them but the rest of the hotel is why we come back. Perhaps a pillow top menu would be a great option to provide? "
