Great courtyards and open areas for breakfast and enjoying the scenery. The rooms were nice and our bathroom was great. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and points of interest. The front desk staff doesn’t speak tons of English but was more than willing to help with anything. Google translate rocks! Great spot!

The location of the hotel is great. Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has atraditional design which looks quite appealing. Host was welcoming and kind.

Clean and great looking hotel with a great atmosphere though in historic building in the old town next to torn down building. The staff was very helpful, breakfast great, parking no problem. Especially many thanks for arranging car repair in just next morning. Rooms face the atrium so some may consider the accomodation bit noisy, depends on room location. Tea pot in the room was appreciated.

Apart from the fact that the address on the Hotel site was incorrect and it's pretty hard to tell what /where a hotel might be from a picture of a bed, I actually never found it. Although I have written to Hotels.com regarding the situation I have not heard from them either. The discouraging issue is that I am supposed to be a Gold Member so pity some one new to the site. The Hotel itself did not contact me either. What the problem is - if you are from another Country, do not speak the language, unableto use your phone as you just got off a plane and your Taxi driver cannot find a place from its advertised address what chance do you have????

Schönes Haus, großes Zimmer. Personal freundlich. Lage zentral zu Fuß zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und den Museen . Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Öncelikle çalışanlar başta Osman bey olmak üzere çok misafirperver,her konuda yardımcı oldular.Atıştırma tabağı kahvaltı mükemmel.Eski Konak olmasına rağmen çok temiz.Gezilecek yerler yürüme mesafesinde.Her şey için tekrar tekrar teşekkürler,tekrar görüşmek en büyük dileğimiz.

Wir haben das 3. Zimmer annehmen können , 2 waren mit Schimmel. 3. Zimmer war in der Toilette keine Ablüftung, kein warm Wasser . Personal war zwar bemüht, leider ist das Hotel in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter können ja nichts dafür. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

Hotel liegt zentral alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. Die Räumlichkeiten Sauber und gefleckt. Service gut. Tische sauber. Ich hatte das Gefühl das wir ganz alleine im Hotel waren. Von vollen überfüllten Tischen keine Rede .ich hab mir das geselliger vorgestellt.
