"This property was in a great location - about 1/2 mile from the pier; and less than that to the Gothic Quarters. Everything was in walking distance and even though it was about a 1 1/2 miles to some of the Gaudi houses, it was beautiful and easy. The best amenity of this hotel was the magnificent rooftop bar where the pool and a lot of seating was available. It was one of the most amazing views from anywhere in the City. My wife and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Barcelona. If we go back, we definitely will stay there again! "

"The hotel is right in the middle of the Gothic quarter of Barcelona. Once you get there, you find yourself transported back in time. Winding pedestrian streets (no, taxis cannot come here except during off hours), with charm everywhere. It is the most beautiful part of the city, walkable to LaRambla and most of the sites. Hotel Rialto is popular, smallish, clean, easy to navigate and has a helpful staff. The rooms are simple, but well maintained. For young people who want to be in the middle of it all, this is an excellent choice. I spent 7 days there as I explored the city. A two block walk will get you to numerous taxis if you wish to go further afield. The Gothic area is not quiet, so bring earplugs if you want to sleep before midnight. But, it's not bad either. Highly recommended."

"I stayed in a rather small but beautifully appointed room on the third floor with a quaint balcony overlooking the lively Rambla. So many things to do and see right outside the front door… also just a few minutes walk to the waterfront. A convenience store is just around the corner for any of those last minute needs - very handy. Enjoyed my stay immensely!"
