The kitchen has a pantry and a breakfast table. The utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the garage in the basement, but is also accessible via a staircase from inside the house. There is also 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 180 cm joined to form a large double bed, air conditioning and 1 bathroom with bathtub.

Upstairs is the living room with 2 sofas and a TV with access to another terrace. Master bedroom with double bed, dressing room, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.
