"The finca was in spectacular surroundings, with a great pool area. The outdoor barbecue was a big hit , as was the poolside shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was very useful as well. We would have appreciated some guidance with regard to the disposal of the household rubbish as the lication of the finca is remote. But overall we all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you. "

"The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "The property is amazing, has everything you could ever want for. Very rural, quiet and peaceful. Central location to explore the island. Quite easy to find if you use the directions supplied. If I had to find a fault it would be that you could need more towels for using the swimming pool. Would highly recommend and will return in the future"

"Jordi made the whole booking process very easy as he was always available to speak to and check anything with over the months before we travelled. The house itself is lovely, in a perfect location and was everything we had hoped it would be. Everyone had a lovely holiday there."

"Maison très fontnctionnelle. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants, chaque couple ainsi que les enfants avaient leur propre salle de bains. Clim dans toutes les pièces et piscine très agréable (nous avions pied partout). Le +, une crique paradisiaque 1 minute à pied, nous y allions direct en maillot (prévoir des chaussures de mer car presenece de rochers). "The first day when we checked inside the house, we noticed that there is very bad smelling inside the house, at the beginning, we thought that was maybe because this house didn’t rent for a while. But after we open all windows and doors for few hours, it doesn’t change anything. We realized that this smelling was from all the sinks, floor drains and toilets. Inside master room we couldn’t stay inside for sleep. I don’t suggest this owner to put this house for rental until she fix this problem...

"We had a lovely time at this villa, very clean and modern property with beautiful outside space. Faultless experience! Only thing to mention is that Cala Pi itself seems to be struggling this year with many bars and restaurants closed in peak August summer holiday season . Obviously this is no fault of the owners and the one restaurant open was very good (Sa Terrassa) but it was a shame there weren’t more options available in walking distance. Thanks for a great holiday! "

"Hotel in a good walking distance feom everything. 10 mins to beach, 2 mins to all restaurants. Rooms although dated are comfortable and offer everything you need. Pools indoor and outdoors good. Though outdoor pool not heated and quite cold. Area around pool very nice with movie screen and plenty of seating. No inflatables allowed in pool despite no sign advising. So we wasted 30 euros on kids toys and was told off by lifeguard. Apparently spanish law. Good services from front reception. Key is...
