This villa is located in a quiet residential area.

This is a lovely modern Villa. It is decorated with a white modern airy feel with a beach style twist.

The Villa has 3 new shower rooms, so no queues for the bathroom, a new kitchen and appliances, and new air con. There are two double bedrooms, there are two further twin bedrooms, all with brand new air conditioning in each bedroom.

The living area is large, light and airy, with two sofas and coffee table, there is inside dining for eight. A large high power ceiling fan keeps the lounge lovely and cool. Free Wifi is provided, as well as USB and bluetooth connection for music. There is Freeview Smart TV with Netflix.

The kitchen is spacious and has all you need for cooking quiet or grand occasions.

Through the lounge is a large covered veranda, just here is seating for coffees or gin o'clock drinks. further along is an Alfresco dining area all still under the shelter of the large covered.veranda. as well as a large BBQ. A little further along this terraced are is a sofa and chairs with a large parasol covering this area. The veranda is a great view of the pool which is good for keeping an eye on the kids, if applicable.
Lovely pool, (11m x 6.7m and 1.8m at its deepest), There are roman steps into the pool and there are several different seating levels around the pool to relax and cool off. The is an outside shower. The Villa benefits from a large private sunbathing terrace at the side of the pool with sun loungers and a large parasol.

Please note we supply linen and towels AND in addition beach towels (to keep your luggage weight down) for free!

We provide free of charge travel cots, high chair and children's plastic crockery utensils and cups as well as toys for young and old in the villa.

There are shops, bars, cafes and restaurants located nearby which is about 5-10 minutes walk away. Binibeca's white sand beach is about 6/8 minutes walk away dependant on pace.

We recommend a car, but it is not essential. There is plentiful parking available outside the house. A good alternative is the touristic road train that runs from Binibeca Vell to Punta Prima. There are a larger selection of shops and supermarkets 15 minutes away in St. Lluis and the capital of Mahon, boasting the Europe's second deepest natural harbour (and great shopping!), which is 20 minutes away.

Definitely 5* villa Beautiful views Quiet location Restaurants at Cala Torret mostly seafood, so we used the supermarket there, and cooked at the villa. If seafood is your thing the restaurants look fab! Or could get the little train or taxi to other resorts. We were all about relaxing and making the most of the beautiful villa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well equipped villa. The property is in an excellent location being both quiet and private whilst very close to all amenities. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach in a lovely part of the island. We would highly recommend this property.

We loved staying at this stylish villa located in Cala Torret. Beautifully designed and practical for our stay with a lovely pool. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms very comfortable and good quality bathrooms with powerful showers. Bonus features included a cupboard full with toys and games to keep the grandsons busy when they weren't in the pool, beach equipment (parasols, beach bags, buckets and spades) and shopping bags for your supermarket shop. We strongly recommend this villa for your family holiday

Lovely spacious villa in a beautiful location. It was the perfect size for our family holiday with lots of room to play, dine and relax. The bakery and restaurants of Cala Torret are really close and the beach is a short walk away. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The layout suited two sharing families really well and it was equipped with everything we needed. The whole process of renting this villa was very easy.....the villa was superb....very well equipped....it was in a very quiet area....the area was very clean....the property was a 10 minute walk to restaurants and a supermarket .....we would highly recommend this property.

The villa was the extra special ingredient to a fantastic stay in Menorca. The villa is conveniently situated for Cala Torret, with the fantastic choice of restaurants. We also cooked some meals and the Bill's facilities are a home away from home. The organisation, equipment and support from Adam and Sigrin are enhanced by the cleaning and comfort of the villa for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We highly recommend the villa and Cala Torret.

An enjoyable relaxing holiday at this spacious villa which gave us everything we wished for. One slight issue with the pool lighting, however this was addressed the same day as reporting with a follow up call from the owner. Superb restaurants very nearby. Love Cala Torret!

Second time staying in this wonderful villa and it was equally good as the first. It almost feels like home from home now. Great location in nice area; close to beach, restaurants and supermarket. Very peaceful, although a bit of aircraft noise at times. Villa was clean and as described. Owner very responsive to queries. There was an issue with the saucepans but new replacements were provided quickly. The internet connection is slow - ok for downloads but a bit marginal for streaming.

The villa is in a lovely quiet location with just a 10 minute walk down to a bakery and some restaurants. Pool is great. There’s plenty of choice of where to sit outside as there’s sunny and shady bits. A taxi to Punta Prima is no more than 10€ (or the wee road train is 7€ round trip but runs late sometimes) where there is a slightly bigger beach and more choice of restaurants which are a bit cheaper. Adam and Sigrin are quick at replying to any questions.

This was our 15th year of coming to the island and this villa is one of the very best we've stayed in. The villa has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and provided our family with everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The pool was fantastic and the outside terrace was perfect for our gin at 6 o'clock. The location of the villa is ideal as it's situated in a peaceful spot but within a short stroll you have a well stocked supermarket, great restaurants and a superb beach - what more could you possible want! We can't speak highly enough about it and we really hope to return next year! The O'Sullivan family

Communication with host throughout the booking process and the whole of our stay was great! The villa is in a very peaceful spot, about a 10 minute walk from the sea and a handful of little restaurants. Binibeca beach is A further five minutes walk. Great spot for exploring and we took a trip out every day in our hire car. The villa is modern and very well laid out. We all had a wonderful, comfortable, relaxing holiday. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and the local area is so pretty. The only thing I will say is that we had to be super organised and book the local restaurants two days in advance as everywhere was booked up every day so we couldn’t be spontaneous with choosing where we wanted to eat in the evening.

This is, quite simply, a superb villa. Recently modernised and redeveloped, everything has been thoroughly thought through. The decor and fittings are modern, the outside space is functional and classy and the location is perfect: just close enough to the beach and restaurants for quick easy access, but just far enough away to be quiet and calm if that's what you prefer. The unobstructed view across the barranca adds another dimension to the tranquility of this place. The images on the website are an accurate depiction of the reality, but don't really do it full justice. I would unreservedly recommend this villa to my friends.

The villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The decor has a charming beach house feel and is spotlessly clean. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The garden and pool area are private and quiet and the pool feels bigger when you are in it than it looks in photos..The outdoor dining area and bbq are great when you want a chilled night in under the stars.. We did not hire a car as there are shops and good restaurants a short walk away and taxis are easy to call if going into Mahon or to Binifadet vineyard (always one of our favourites for dinner).It is also just a short walk to the beach and also rocky areas for snorkelling and access to the diving school. Adam and Sigrin were always very prompt to answer any questions I had before the trip. I would certainly recommend this villa and its hosts wholeheartedly and we hope to return again .

A fantastic villa with all the amenities you could need in a very quiet area! Under a 10 minute walk to the mini-supermarket and bakery and a 15 minute walk to the beach. There are a few restaurants/bars near the mini-supermarket and a nice coastal walk you can do. We also got the land train to Punta Prima and Binibeca Vell which was easy to catch. The check-in process was a breeze and the hosts are very contactable to reply to any questions/issues that may arise. The pool is cleaned twice a week and is lovely for a dip in the mid-day heat! There was plenty of toys including a bucket and spade for our little one, a high chair and the travel cot was perfect which really helped with the stay. There is air-conditioning in all 4 bedrooms in working condition and an overhead fan in the living room that helps create a breeze. The only issue we had, is that there are no locks on the bathrooms. However this was only a minor issue and wouldn't deter me from staying again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Dias Felice during the final week of July. a trip that had been pushed back two years due to Covid. Villa Dias Felice is excellent and has been beautifully finished and presented. It is extremely well equipped and had everything we needed during out stay. The outside area is lovely and our 3 young boys enjoyed hours of fun in the good-sized pool. A short walk to the sea front where there are some very good restaurants, a small shop, and we enjoyed swimming off the rocks in the calm and clear waters. The beach is a further short walk and whilst busy it was still very enjoyable with shallow, clear waters and the beach was very clean. One slight issue with regards to gardening taking place during our stay that did cause some disruption on one of the days, however ultimately this was not a major issue and communication was good with the owner. Adam and Sigrin have communicated excellently since our first enquiry to book this holiday and seem like very nice people. We really liked Binibeca /Cala Torret as a location and the villa was perfect, we'd love to return and would highly recommend.

The villa was perfect for our family holiday. There were 4 adults and 2 children (5 yrs and 18 months). There was plenty of space, excellent facilities, lovely hot showers and effective aircon in bedrooms. There were lots of child friendly additions Inc. High chair, travel cot, toys, pool and beach toys. The steps down to the pool weren't a problem even with a roaming toddler. The pool itself was great for a swim and for playing. We had a hire car which we used to get down to the beach, the walk down was fine for little legs but walking back up in the heat was hard work for them. Cala Toret was a great location for restaurants, bakery, supermarket and the beach. We had a day trip to Mahon & Es Castell (both under 20 mins away), a day at the waterpark (5 mins drive) and got the tourist train to punta prima (be warned we couldn't get it to stop on our way back so got stuck on the train for a whole extra loop). All in all, a great family holiday villa in a fabulous place.
