"Amazing spot just outside the bustle of Cefalú. Very picturesque and very kind host. Be aware the kitchen is up 2 flights of stairs ( if you are traveling with an elder, as I was). We were also told upon arrival that we only rented 2 of the 4 bedrooms in the listing, which was confusing. We only needed 2 so it was ok, but there was no discount in price. We unfortunately left a day early due to all the stairs. Other than that a very sweet spot I would highly recommend."

"Shabby by the sea was the description used to describe this flat and it was a perfect description really. The outside of the apartments needed a good lick of paint though general upgrade work did seem to have started but the gardens, pool and general area were very well maintained and clean and tidy. "During 8 weeks touring Italy as a family of 4 (2 children), this was our favourite accommodation by far. Very clean second story flat with more than enough room for us. The place has lots of character and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a lengthy stay. Lots of beach toys and furniture included. "Our group covered friends and family aged 21 - 80+. This beautiful property had everything we needed; gorgeous views, multiple eating areas, lovely pool, fruit trees, lovely bedrooms, table tennis area, BBQ and even a pizza oven. Plus Amica, the gorgeous and adorable owners dog. The photographs do not do it justice! "We stayed for 9 nights at the end of July 2024 and had a lovely time. The accommodation is great and large enough for a family of 9 (teens +). The host is brilliant and personally met us despite arriving at midnight. A car is needed to get to any amenities, but within a few minutes drive there are plenty of restaurants and the beaches are fabulous. Recommend a visit and boat trip from Cefalu."

"We had a lovely stay at this apartment and found everything we needed. It is beautifully located near the Rocca which made it very convenient when I decided to hike the trail. It is also very close to the center and ocean. It was clean and well lit and had a lot of good closet space for storing clothes. It might be noted that there is one large bedroom with a large bed and a twin bed and the other bed is a sofa bed in the kitchen living room area. Our hosts were lovely and live on the property...

"Not bad at all. I really like the location, where is about 200m from the beach west end. The west end of the beach is exactly the start point for Cefalu enjoyment.
