"The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. "We spent 6 days here as a wedding celebration. We were 30 adults, 1 little baby and a dog. The place is incredible and has so much charm to it! First few days we were preparing for the symbolic wedding which we did on the 4th day of our stay. We had a few amazing pool parties, some of the guests went to explore the nearby cities, some helped woth the decorations and so on. "Trying to figure out how to unload luggage gave us a bit of stress, but the local people were amazing to help us. The area is amazing, wished we would have had more time to tour. The room is comfortable, but it was a bit warm. We opened up the windows but with the celebration of Halloween was a tad too noisy. Loved hearing the children. The breakfast is very good. "

"My wife and I didn't make it to the hotel until after midnight. I felt bad that the hotel tried to reach out to me beforehand, to know what time I may arrive, but I was in the mountains and didn't see the message until we arrived at the hotel. The man was waiting for us...asleep on the couch behind his desk. He woke up and greeted us with a smile and was very friendly; he was clearly exhausted but showed no sign of annoyance or frustration with us. This is clearly a family-run business, and they do a fabulous job with it. It was almost as if he was just glad we made it there safely. After we checked in, he told us to have a good night and laid back down on the couch behind the lobby desk. The next morning, we checked out with ease and we're treated greatly by the woman at the desk. This was a great hotel experience."
