We had to be downgraded from the one bedroom suite because the heat/air wasn’t working. They gave us free parking for the inconvenience which was nice. The rooms between floors is noisy - we could hear every footstep above our heads. Then the Nextdoor business starts running equipment right outside our window at 5 am The hotel is being renovated but the renovated rooms are just lipstick - they need a real overhaul as the hotel is old now. The breakfast staff and night staff are awesome though!

The property was very quiet, clean, and modern. We had a minor issue with our room however the staff addressed the matter quickly. Would recommend staying here if your in the area.

There were bugs in my room. The staff did quickly move me to a different room once I saw them the second night. The first night I got in late and barely turned on the light. I wonder if they crawled all over me all night long!

We had to pay $20 to park across the street in another hotel's parking because their parking lot on site was extremely small. THat parking lot might work early morning after people check out, but don't expect anytime parking if you come at night time. You can tell by the parking lot size it cannot accommodate all of the hotel guest rooms. It was VERY SMALL. I have no issue with that parking across the street, the issue is that there were no pedestrian walk way and we literally have to Jay-walk over each time. The hotel is on a curve on the road so at night it was dangerous. I'm 7 months pregnant and had to walk across the street in the middle of the night because we checked it late. We felt deceived because on the website it only stated the additional parking lot was "500 ft" away. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room. We found a sports bra hanging behind the bathroom door. We didn't say anything because we were tired and it was close to midnight. We also had a 2 year old toddler. We just wanted to sleep through the night and check out early morning. Definitely will not stay here again.

This was a great stay for the price! The hotel was under construction during my stay so I think it is on its way to being better. The carpet in my room was really dirty and after a few steps barefoot, the bottom of my foot was black. Also there was what seemed like no ventilation in the bathroom. Cleanliness could be improved but staff were super super friendly and I would return with slippers.

I would love to give 5 stars all around but I can't. We were woken up by a very noisy forklift right outside our window at 5:30 am which was preceded by the awakening of the jumping child above us. The forklift was not on the hotel property but right next door. What city allows the running of a huge forklift at 5:30 am? Apparently, Santa Ana, CA.

No issues! Made use of the TV and complimentary warm breakfast. I'm from the area and would usually stay with my parents but because I brought my partner home, I needed a last minute room. Decent price for a suite with a king bed. No bathtub but that was fine since we were only there a day and didn't use it. The AC unit was working well and kept both rooms cool, but it did drip with condensation. Not a huge issue as it dripped in an area that wasn't high in traffic but still weird. The ladies at the front desk were kind and gave us water bottles. Overall, I would stay again if I could have a similar experience.
