Welcome to SoCal Investment and Realty! We offer a variety of properties in OC from Fountain Valley, Westminster, Santa Ana, and Buena Park. Immerse yourself in the spirit and comfort of Southern California from the moment you step inside our one-of-a-kind single-family house. Located within miles of the original Disneyland Park, and the beach. Here, as in SoCal itself, dreams can become reality. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home.

***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure safety for everyone.

**Our property is pet friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max.
