Gorgeous mid-century modern villa with ocean and mountain views. Sits perched atop a hill, far removed from any freeway noise, with 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean on one side and the Santa Ynez mountains on the other.

Beautiful wrap-around front and back decks with comfy patio furniture for sunbathing, reading, outdoor meals, tea, or cocktails.

Comfortable for families. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Newly renovated with modern appliances and full washer/dryer, modern kitchen, high-speed WiFi, cable, and Netflix.

15 minute walk down to Summerland beach and 6 minute walk to center of town with cafés, restaurants, shops, and wine tastings.

Note: for additional security, there is an outdoor security camera located on the outside of the house, on the SW corner, facing the street. The front patio and the walkway to the street are visible from this camera.

This was the perfect spot for our girls trip. Close to downtown Santa Barbara and the funk zone and all of the amazing restaurants. We were able to relax and enjoy all of the beautiful outdoor spaces this home has to offer. The hosts were amazing and I would stay here again!!!

Perfect Getaway
Our Friends get away was wonderful. The Ville Verde was as described and didn’t disappoint. Summerland is a perfect place to stay if you want a great home town feel and it’s conveniently located to Santa Barbara. The Propert Manager was excellent to communicate with and very helpful.

Great home and location!
This home was perfect for a girls weekend (4 of us). The communication with owner (Vanita) was great and she even allowed us a late check out. House was very clean and comfortable. Lots of games and access to Netflix was nice. We absolutely loved the location. A quick walk to the beach or the cute restaurants/shops in town (although a very steep hill to get there and back so be prepared!). The house is on top of a hill where we had a great view of the ocean. Great deck areas to sit outside the house and relax. Only about 10 min drive to downtown Santa Barbara. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a fun and relaxing weekend!

Perfect holiday get away!
My husband, son, and I went to spend Christmas with my daughter and son in law. There was plenty of room to enjoy ourselves, both inside and out. It’s a beautiful home, with beautiful grounds. Great Summerland Summer House
My husband and I, along with our two adult daughters, enjoyed a brief stay at Villa Verde in late October when we were in the area for a family wedding. We didn't get to spend much time just enjoying the property, but the house suited our needs perfectly. I would love to return in the summer and enjoy the inviting outdoor spaces.
