"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "This is a very nice home. Antonio was available and very prompt to return text messages. He and his family went out of their way to help us in any way they could. We were very disappointed to be unable to stay but as the large kitchen window could not be locked other arrangements had to be made. I’m sure this will be fixed and would happily stay there in the future."

"We had a comfortable stay, only disappoint was the hotel description states laundry service and a pool but actually the laundry service is a service off-site not a laundromat that I assumed.
