"Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. "Blaine and Stephanie’s home on the lake is just beautiful ! We enjoyed our short stay with family for three nights. House had all the needed utensils and amenities where you didn’t feel like you needed to leave. Although the town is a short tuk tuk ride up the hill and has some cute bakeries and places to eat. Overall a great stay and they help organize excursions and rides too ! Elisio was fantastic host"

"The mark of a good rental in my opinion is whether you would rent it again and l will! I loved the design and feel of this house. Above the living quarters was a nice deck with a great view and nice area for meditation and yoga. The bed and pillows were nice comfortable and clean. The outdoor bathroom had a great view the lake, yet was private. There were plenty of Tuk-Tuks going by to catch a ride into San Marcos. Alsoutdoor bathroom wascomfortable. "
