INSERTED in a charming little farmhouse built in the third part of the twentieth century, completely transformed and remodeled to satisfy you and your family. A unique environment with a mountain and sea view. A peace of mind. Here you will find a fully equipped gym as well as a mountain bike or rent a car and other small luxuries and also courtesy car to make your transfers to the airport which is only 7 minutes from the property. A very good place to live. The location is great at the top of the mountain. The view is very beautiful. The service is excellent. The owner of the hotel is a wonderful and very nice person. I advise everyone to try this excellent hotel and they have cars if you want to rent a car ... Next time if I visit Madeira I will go to the same place

We stayed at the appartement for 11 nights. The shower cabine was old and not well maintained. Door was not sliding well, water dripped constantly and the hand shower support got loose from the shower wall. Water from the shower was leaking on to the kitchen floor. Sewer smell was covered by a fragrance. The kingsize bed was equipped with two different mattresses, one thick ferm and one thin soft so we couldn’t sleep next to each other. The duvet wasn’t covered with a duvet cover, so we wondered how they keep the duvet clean. After we contacted the owner about issues he replied that it’s only a 2 star rated accommodation so we shouldn’t expect to much comfort. The view at the back of the hotel is nice to the ocean and hillside but at the front of the hotel is a junkyard including car demolition zone. The owner isn’t respecting his customers and charged more for the airport transfer as offered in there own documentation. We wouldn’t recommend this accommodation to friends or family.

Se non si hanno problemi a guidare con sali/scendi e tornanti la posizione può essere considerata ottima. Dista più di 20 minuti da Funchal, ma è tranquilla e la vista dal terrazzo consente di dominare la costa sudoccidentale. La stanza occupata da noi non era enorme. Pavimenti e serramenti da rinnovare. Bel terrazzo. Piuttosto che la vasca Jacuzzi o la doccia accessoriata avremmo apprezzato una stanza più moderna come arredo, accessori e funzionalità.

I've arrived a little bit early than the check-in was allowed but they didnt mind and i felt welcomed by them! For me alone it was perfect and enough. - Good Shower & a little kitchen to make your own meals. Don't expect big things. - The vieuw en surrounding is amazing..sat there on the balcony for hours. - I didnt have a car so to do grocery and stuff by walking is not easy with the hills haha because the apartment is not very close to the shops etc the rest was great. Public transportation is very easy from the apartment.

¡¡¡¡¡¡ESTAFA!!!!!! CUIFSD
Al realizar la reserva, todo olía mal, ya que para poder obtener la habitación que yo había reservado (y que ya no había opción de cancelar ni rembolsar) me pidió que le pagásemos 110 euros en mano fuera de la aplicación (violacion de las reglas de VRBO). Más tarde, cuando llegamos nos pidió una fianza de la cual no se nos informó en ningún momento. Hicimos el pago, porque si no nos dejamos alojarnos y obviamente, también fue fuera de la aplicación. La estancia ahí, parecía tranquila hasta que nos encontramos cucarachas en la habitación, la cual no disponía de ningún enchufe. Además, las habitaciones eran frías y con mucha humedad, por lo que pedimos una manta en recepción ya que nos dijeron que podíamos pedir, y no se nos dio. Como tampoco había calenfaccion, tuvimos que dormir 4 personas en una cama de matrimonio para no morir de frío. A la hora del check out, la recepcionista, bajo para ver qué todo está correcto y que efectivamente nos podían devolver la fianza. Ella nos comunicó que nos la devolverían de la misma manera en la que habíamos realizado el pago y nos fuimos tranquilas. Días después, al ver que la devolución no llegaba, nos pusimos en contacto con Marco, el propietario, el cual primero nos dijo que ya nos había devuelto el dinero por transferencia. Todo esto no era así, porque ni el número de cuenta ni la fecha coincidía con las “pruebas” que él me enviaba. Más tarde, nos dijo que nosotras no le habíamos pagado la fianza en ningún momento, por lo que le enviamos la justificación del banco de que el pago se había realizado. Como no le quedo otra alternativa, y vio que no tenia manera de justificar que ese pago se había hecho, recurrió a decirnos que la recepcionista nos había dado el dinero en mano, cosa totalmente falsa. Después de intentar solucionar el problema con el, ademas de llamarnos mentirosas no nos quiso contestar a las llamadas. TENED CUIDADO

Le descriptif ne reflète pas du tout la réalité. Quand on désire faire du haut de gamme, il faut faire en sorte que tout soit à la hauteur, tout est fait maison sans le savoir faire, c'est grossier et peu entretenu, voire dangereux (électricité !). Pas de cuisine. Présence de très nombreux 1000 pattes ( dans cette saison cela semble normal mais pas agréable pour la clientèle car même dans le logement et les lits) et de chats. Le covid a certainement fait beaucoup de mal à l'activité touristique sur Madère et l'annonce est bien formulée mais trompeuse. Les véhicules loués sont tous d'occasion avec de 170000 kms au compteur, mais en cas de panne, il vous assite réellement. Leurs tarifs ne sont pourtant pas moins chers pour la location d'un véhicule que chez certains loueurs professionnels. Si vous recherchez un tarif hôtelier avec un confort supérieur à une auberge de jeunesse, vous serez moins déçus que nous. Nous nous sommes trompés mais avons assumé notre choix car nous voulions pas commencer nos vacances en devant négocier une annulation pour insatisfaction, sur un séjour non remboursable et devoir trouver autre chose. Vous devrez payer toutes vos prestations à l'avance au responsable. A nous d'être plus vigilants lors de prochains séjours.

Marquei "Suite Deluxe" que segundo o anuncio dava para 5 pessoas. Depois fui contactada pelo proprietário a dizer que não dava para 5 pessoas? Concordei em mudar para um quarto diferente, mediante pagamento extra. Ao chegar não me foram mostradas as instalações, descobrimos que não existe internet, o quarto mais parecia uma caserna em que numa das divisões só existia uma pequena janela postigo junto ao teto com as dobradiças partidas e o telhado era apenas placa, o que tornava o quarto num verdadeiro forno. Ao marcar informei que 2 das pessoas precisavam de rampas de acesso, que me foi dito existirem. Afinal eram rampas de garagem com inclinação muito acentuada que até as pessoas saudáveis tiveram dificuldade em subir e descer.

A localização da propriedade é terrível se não se tiver carro, é no topo da montanha mas apesar disso foi a nossa escolha visto que no anúncio dizia que tinha restaurante, bar por isso pelo menos um dos dias poderiamos passar só no hotel mas para nossa surpresa o restaurante estava fechado e nem as comidas que anunciavam no bar (bifanas e etc) se podiam pedir. A única coisa que pudemos pedir foi cerveja e estava fora da validade (quase um ano). Visto que viemos a meio de junho, plena época alta, não há desculpa para a falta de staff e de condições, ou pelo menos devia ter sido avisado pelo responsável e o preço adaptado à situação. Quanto a prazos de validade é só inaceitável e mostra uma falta de responsabilidade e de atenção por parte da gerência.

Super Unkompliziert, super nett. Gerne wieder.
Der Vermieter und die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich, ich kann mich über nichts beschweren. Das Essen Abends im Restaurant war sehr lecker und günstig. Traditionelle Portugiesische Küche.
