"Functional apartment with sea view and patio. The kitchen has everything to prepare meals. Comfortable mattresses and a fabulous pool area were the highlights for us. Great location to visit spectacular beaches and very responsive owner and property manager. The property has one single AC unit in the kitchen. But it is sufficient to efficiently cool down the entire home. The internet is fast and stable. Thanks Jason for a great vacation."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Marasusa complex in Parghelia. We found the apartment a little ‘tired’ and under equipped - a small saucepan, garlic press, larger dinner plates and better cutlery knives would help. The towels provided were clean but seemed very old and the pillows should have had pillow protectors on them. "Just feel obligated to describe, so nobody could be fooled in future. I stayed only one night. There was construction/ renovation around the area, banging during the day and the traffic noise at night was unbearable, Apartment was very old and dark, nothing updated. Few rooms, but all was dirty, no air conditioning , apartment is totally unfit for living. No hot water either! The whole experience was horrible! I had to find another place and move!"

"The hot water in the shower did not work for most of our stay, the issue was flagged multiple times but only resolved on the last day. One of the days we had to boil water to shower as hot water was not working at all. A somewhat adequate compensation was initially offered but later he changed the terms, saying extra charges for linen and towels "were being waived" and that was part of our compensation, however, at the time of booking and writing this review there is no mention of said charges...

"Wir haben im Oktober einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, was aufgrund der Lage in 270 m Höhe gut war. Anlage war sehr schön, weitläufig und sauber. Insgesamt sind ca 15 Zimmer/Wohnungen da, ein schöner Pool, der bei voller Anlage für alle ausreicht, wenn man auch an den Strand geht. "Amazing place , the garden area is beautiful. Is peaceful and quite. Beautiful SPA recently open , is like paradise ! The pool area is great with beautiful view and amazing sunset 🌅.
