"It was a pleasure to stay a week here. Well located, supermarkets are easy to get with the car. House is very good, the kitchen had everything you needed, we would definitely stay in this home again."

"This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."

"Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay in Penafiel. The property is beautiful - gorgeous sunset, nice pool and a friendly neighbourhood cat. The kitchen has everything that one would need, although it could use a larger kitchen sink! We loved the outdoor bbq and pizza oven. The owner communicated well with us. We highly recommend taking the owner up on the offer to have the Portuguese cook to whip up some excellent Portuguese fare. "

Spotlessly clean and every room has a good sized, comfortable bed with an en-suite. Nobody had "the rubbish room" and a decent sized table that we could all fit around. "This is the second time we stayed at this property, whenever we are in Braga it is the only hotel we frequent. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It is in a perfect location, most sites are within walking distance. There are numerous restaurants to choose from. The room is small, but extremely comfortable. The breakfast options are tasty.
