"An abosultely incredible place to experience the Alentejo. As a travelling family with three children, the villa was perfect. The interior space was spacious, the pool provided a well deserved dip in the summer heat, and the terrace provide exceptional views over the vineyards and distant mountains. "Great vllage house with full amenities incl terrace and swimming pool, wonderful & warm host. Great value! Thanks Alexandra. The only 1 thing that bordered me staying there is that there are so many flies around and they get into the house easily. We had to constantly guard against them during meals."

"We stayed there as a group of 4adults, 1 child and a dog for a long weekend and loved it! All you hear there are birds and other animals far away. Very peaceful. Town with a large supermarket is 10mins away by car. The swimming pool is a god send if the sun is out as it gets very hot in that part of the country. I'd definitely return!"

"This is a super hotel close to everything in Badajoz. The staff were outstanding in their customer service and the hotel is superb. The breakfast there is extremely packed with all kinds of foods that you will not leave hungry. They prepare just about every breakfast item you can think of. "Very nice hotel along the waterfront in the very nice town of Porto. Staff was very friendly and even gave us one of his own Ibuprofen when we asked where we could find some. Unfortunately, we were feeling a little under the weather so did not get the full experience we could have. Excellent views from the roof top bar that also served a good selection of snacks and drinks. The waterfront is immediately in front of the hotel and offers a great opportunity to walk or jog for miles along the Duoro River. We would definitely stay here again."
