FULL DISCLOSURE:

◊ WORKING CLASS NEIGHBORHOOD: There is a landscape company and small construction company in the back of the property.
To date a couple of guests mentioned the activity but no guests complained about it.

◊ ROAD NOISE: There is a 6 foot wall around the front of the house to soften the road noise.

◊ ATTACHED UNIT NOISE: There is an attached studio to the house which is also an Airbnb...some muffled noises may be heard thru the walls.
