Summary
The home is a traditional Santa Fe style home with amazing views, three beautiful living areas. In addition we have a beautiful courtyard perfect for morning coffee watching the sunrise, and a patio perfect for watching the sunset.

The Kokopelli Santa Fe was most recently owned by an Emmy award winning songwriter. It sits on 2.3 acres overlooking the town of Santa Fe. We're one mile from the infamous Santa Fe square. It is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home, with three large living areas. The newly renovated game room includes a 15 foot projection TV. We have a pool table, ping pong table, 12' shuffleboard table, as well as a digital baby grand piano and two very nice acoustic guitars, bass guitar and cajon for percussion

Kokopelli has an enhanced stereo in the living room, Alexas in the kitchen and formal living room. It has brand new central heat / air conditioning throughout. There are THREE outdoor seating areas, a large kitchen and plenty of space for your family or group.

The house was just perfect for our family reunion. Lots of room inside, with many options for large and small groups. The kitchen had everything we needed. The setting can't be beat. The house is on a large property, with gorgeous views of Santa Fe and beyond, yet it's just minutes away from the Plaza. Highly recommended.

Perfect Ski Get Away
As close as you can get for Ski In Ski Out in Sante Fe. Beautiful house laid out perfectly for 9 adults to relax and enjoy! Incredible views and the 15’ projected TV Screen was insane for watching March Madness after a day on the slopes. Will definitely be staying again!

Peaceful, perfect retreat
Kokopelli house is wonderful - we enjoyed using the guitar and piano, and the house is large and comfortable for many guests. It is ideally located with respect to the Santa Fe Opera (less than 10 minutes drive, and avoiding the freeway) and also convenient to downtown & biking in the hills. We hope to return someday!

Perfect family reunion
We were 4 couples from all over the country. The house was perfect for us! Separate bathroom for each bedroom, plus a 1/2 bath... 3 scenic outdoor gathering spaces... spacious interior with an amazing game room and HUGE TV. Could not have found a more comfortable place to stay. Great for large groups. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect 60th birthday long weekend
The property is magnificent and extremely comfortable. From the many gathering areas (most with fireplaces/pits) to the well stock kitchen. We enjoyed the spectacular sunsets and the close proximity to the DT square. The owners are very knowledgeable about the town etc and recommended a local Chef for cooking 2 nights during our stay. I would say some of the best NM cuisine we have ever tasted! If your looking for a special property this is your place!

Perfect Santa Fe location, ideal for family gathering
This house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people for sleeping, but the extensive indoor and outdoor seating and recreational areas make it an ideal spot to share meals and games with many more. I had rented three large homes to accommodate my family, but only five of us stayed at kokapelli; having said that, this was the house served best as a gathering spot for our group, which included children, gen-exers and Seniors . Great location, comfortable seating, thoughtfully selected games, music and Média options .

Sante Fe family trip
Our family of 8 had a great stay here. Huge house with plenty of room inside and out. We loved eating meals outside on the huge back patio. Great game room. Nice office area for those who needed to work. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Quiet area about a mile from downtown SF. Perfect for a family gathering or several couples. Highly recommend.

Top Notch
Beautiful home and property. Expansive layout makes it very comfortable for hosting 7 adults (the size of our party). A house so nice that the desire to leave the property and see Santa Fe was fairly low. Loved all of the outdoor spaces. Close to great hiking. Also, the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I've stayed in. We like to cook and the kitchen was great for that. All in all, a fabulous house.

Santa Fe May Trip
Four couples stayed at this property for a week in May. We all enjoyed the home. The views were exceptional as was the location. There is plenty of room to spread out through out the home My only recommendations would be a few more towels in each bathroom and a small trash can in the bathroom/laundry room. I would not hesitate to recommend this home. I will stay here again when I return to Santa Fe.

New Year visit to Santa Fe
This property is absolutely outstanding! Our two families had plenty of space and the house was spectacular. I have never stayed at a rental that had a better equipped kitchen. We were all delighted with the prompt way our hosts responded to any questions. The house is 30 minutes from a ski resort and very close to Santa Fe's downtown area. Don't hesitate to book this!

Excellent home for family gathering with senior adults
We needed a 5 bedroom home with multiple large areas for dining and conversation. This home fit the bill. It also had gorgeous sunset views. The kitchen was well equipped. The indoor and outdoor seating was attractive and comfortable on couches. The beds in the bedroom wing were too soft for several of our guests. Otherwise, the home was perfect for our family reunion. Christmas Break
Our family decided on a ski vacation this Christmas break. The home was everything it said it would be. Plenty of room for the adults and kids to spread out. Fantastic entertainment area. Everything you could possibly want to prepare a great meal for the family. The owners promptly answered any questions that we had. Added bonus was the house was decorated for Christmas! Perfect Family Getaway - Amazing Game Room
What a wonderful stay at Kokopelli! My husband and I met up with our son, daughter and grand babies. ❤️ The house was absolutely wonderful from the extra large screen tv, ping pong, outside gas fire seating areas, piano and guitars for the musicians in your family to a wide assortment of any and all condiments necessary to make your stay comfortable. Memories were made at the Kokopelli House
I brought several friends to Santa Fe to celebrate my 40th birthday and to show them how beautiful my hometown is. The Kokopelli house was perfect for this gathering. We enjoyed hanging out on all the patios either watching the sunset or listening to music by the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dinnerware for a large group. We also loved how close it was to the plaza, and downtown. The owners really know how to make you feel at home and were very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely rent this house again next time I visit Santa Fe!

The Best Rental for all times
This property is beautiful and maintained perfectly. It is the cleanest property I have ever stayed at inside and out. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds, the living spaces and the outdoor areas. One side is perfect for sunset viewing with outdoor gas fire pit and the other for eating and relaxing. If you play a musical instrument, you’ll particularly enjoy the piano, guitars, and box drum. We had a two year-old with us and we watch him carefully anyway, there are some hard steps inside the house that you wouldn’t want a toddler to fall on. The outdoor porch in the back is a recent addition and game room is a teenager dream come true which includes a giant screen projection TV, ping-pong table, pool table, darts, and indoor shuffleboard. It has full wall windows with sliding glass doors complete with screens and a fully stock kitchen. I can’t say enough that is positive about this rental, so if you can afford this go for it. It was a pleasure to come home from the city after the heat, pollen and congestion to this close oasis.

Gorgeous House!!
We visited Santa Fe to celebrate my mother in law’s 80th Birthday and this was the perfect retreat for family coming in from both coasts. The house is every bit as beautiful as it looks in the photos and then some. Immaculately kept and well stocked with everything you could want from extra paper products to coffee, tea, condiments and more spices than I have in my own kitchen! Not to mention plenty of cookware. We planned a 5 course birthday dinner prepared by an extremely talented local chef who was recommended by the owner. It was a night we will all remember fondly. Jim & Camelia could not have been more generous hosts. They have thought of every detail and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely comfortable in their home. We would absolutely stay at this property again!
