Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom casita is ideally located in downtown Santa Fe and is within walking distance to the Plaza, restaurants, galleries, and shops. The home is pet-friendly with a private backyard.

This home's location provides ideal access to the Santa Fe Opera, the Railyard Arts District, Canyon Road, and various area mountain biking and hiking trails. Only 30 minutes from Santa Fe Ski Resort.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 1 dog and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

A perfect place to stay in Santa Fe
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this casita was perfect for our needs while in Santa Fe. The main room is a bright and cheery space with a cozy bedroom and bathroom through a beautiful arched door. The kitchen is good for light cooking. The shady private patio was wonderful for morning coffee and anytime we were not out sightseeing. It is a short walk to the downtown square and the Georgia O'Keeffe museum is 2 blocks away. We will definitely look to stay at this location again in the future.

Great location, can walk to most things. Perfect size for the two of us. The management was right on it when we had a problen with the front door lock/alarm. Good kitchen for us, we ate breakfast in every morning. Very comfortable with the fan and AC, it was very hot when we were there.

Enjoyable stay
This is a cozy little house. Just what we were looking for for my wife and I. Very quiet and within easy walking distance to the plaza. Dedicated parking spot right outside the door. Directions and access instructions were spot on. We'll be back.

Great place to stay! Minor coffee issue, etc.
Overall, excellent stay! The rental was very tidy, located in an amazing spot/neighborhood, and walkability was incredible. I would definitely recommend, and also stay, in this rental again! A few things that occurred that were not ideal: 1) Power went out. Not the property manager’s fault, and nothing they could do, but all the same it was a little over an hour of sweltering heat. The rental has AC, but it is in the bedroom, and it doesn’t make it out into the living room area, so while the bedroom might be cool and comfy, the living room turns into a sauna. 2) Bugs bugs bugs. No bedbugs that we could find (amazing!) but there were smaller bugs everywhere. Mostly some kind of winged insect/beetle that looked like a lantern beetle of some variety. Either way, they got in no matter how quickly we entered and closed the door. Or kept windows shut. Or really anything we tried. They’d get into the bedroom and crawl through your hair. Creepy. 3) Coffee situation was complicated. There is a keurig unit in there, and while it’s nice to have a single serving method, there weren’t many pods (6-9?) when we arrived, and more importantly we bought coffee we wanted to drink, and there wasn’t a coffee pot. Tons of conical filters for a coffee pot were in the cabinet! But not a coffee pot? Just pods, and not many. We also searched for a generic fillable pod, and didn’t find one. We wrote to request one, and a ton of keurig pods came, but not a generic fillable one. Sadness.
