Wonderful hotel with a great breakfast. perfectly located near the beach and lots of restaurants/shopping. Parking was a bit tricky if you have a car but would still highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back soon!

Hotel was great, staff really friendly and rooms clean and efficient. Balcony was great for some outdoor space. Only downside was the breakfast offering was very repetitive and the English TV channels on the TV didn’t work! Otherwise, a great hotel.

Room 532 having amazing views. Huge selection of food for breakfast and better than other hotels in Can Picafort. Staff were very friendly, worth the visit. Highly recommend

Comfortable beds, nicely furnished . Buffet breakfast good. Very clean . Charging for an iron ridiculous . Pool hours in high season are crazy. Sitting about waiting for it to open at 10 when sun has been up for a couple of hours . Not best hotel pools for sunbeds as sunlight is blocked . Nice friendly staff. Good quality drinks at bar. Sangria was lovely. Food at lounge was very good A good stay but would t stay again.

Clean, nice and friendly hotel. We stay there 7nights, all goes well, room cleaning was clean. The only minus was that room door, all sounds are clearly heard from the corridor.

Awful hotel! This is not a 4 star hotel: total lack of hygiene in the restaurant, really poor food quality and variety, unhelpful and quite rude staff (specially Toni who runs the restaurant, he’s very rude, aggressive and extremely unhelpful), very small rooms and balconies, very noisy (traffic) and one of the pools is in a separate building. We checked out 4 days earlier, we would have checked out after the first day but all hotels in the area were fully booked the first week of August. The only good things to highlight about this hotel are: Xisca working in the reception, (she’s professional, helpful and nice) and the proximity to the beach.
