The studio features a kitchenette with vitro hob, kettle, coffee maker, a sofabed and a small living area. There’s a private terrace where to enjoy amazing sunsets. Equipment includes free WiFi, a washing machine, a fan and a cot on request.

The village Can Picafort offers many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and gas stations. You can move by foot or bycicle. The rocky beach is just in front of the accommodation, while the next sand beach, called Son Bauló, is just 1 km away. You can play golf in Alcanada, about 17 km away.

Important:

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and adult from May to October and it reduces by half from the 9th night. During the low season, from November to April, it is 0.55 EUR per day and guest.

Der Checkin war super einfach,Kommunikation war top. Lage ist top.Leider ist das Bett schon sehr durchgelegen und es gibt keine Klimaanlage.. Das Geschirr war leider sehr schmutzig....Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort....wegen der Aussicht und dem Preis....allerdings liegt die Wohnung im 4.stock 90 Stufen ohne aufzug bei 40 Grad Aber wir haben es zum 2 mal geschafft

Bel appartement

Bel appartement situé au 4ième étage sans ascenseur. Belle vue. Lit confortable et draps fournis. 2 terrasses. Par contre, aucun contact avec le loueur ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. La TV ne fonctionne pas, le repose pomme de douche est cassé. il y a aussi un manque de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine. il manque aussi un parasol et une pelle pour le nettoyage.
