Gianfranco couldn’t be more helpful and is around almost all the time as he has a high-end carpentry business in the lower part of his house (take a look at his work). Make sure to get exact coordinates because the maps do not take you to the property. Nothing in the kitchen but the basics so be sure to visit the grocery store beforehand.
