"We relocated to this apartment after a truly miserable experience in an unheated house in the country. Paula, the housekeeper, interruped her Sunday to enable us to move in as quickly as possible, and she and her husband were helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential neighborhood, 20-25 minutes walk to the center of town. It is extremely comfortable. There is a huge outdoor patio with a view of the ocean. "Staying in the deluxe room with the jacuzzi on the patio was a must. It’s a short walk to town although the restaurant food quality was a bit disappointing and restaurants were empty due to the season. We didn’t dine at hotel. However we capped off each night with a drink in the hotel’s fabulous rooftop bar. The hotel was almost empty so it was surprising we had to wait for our room( we arrived early) but they kept saying not ready when when we finally came back at the specified check in time there was a lineup and then we had to wait even longer. However the gentleman at check in was helpful when we were trying to get a package delivered. "
