Poderia ser melhor com pequenas mudanças
O hotel é limpo, cama boa, café da manhã correto. O grande problema é a insonorização dos quartos. As portas são residenciais e as paredes de papel. Se o hóspede deseja dormir além de 06:30 da manhã, isso será impossível. Durante as 3 noites, dormimos e acordamos todo tempo. Sábado às 06:30, impossível dormir. Fizemos queixa na recepção, porém não funcionou… No café da manhã, música alta e domingo piano alto, desagradável. Na saída, como não tinham atualizado o sistema de reservas, cobraram duas vezes. Já tinha sido pago no site com meu cartão. O reembolso foi feito via Pix, depois de mais de 30 minutos na recepção, onde mandei 5 e-mail para comprovar que estavam os dois quartos pagos… uma pena. São detalhes importantes em um hotel com tanto movimento.
