Our home is close to restaurants, quaint shops, tasting rooms, hiking, biking, wineries, golf and family-friendly activities. Pismo Beach is a half hour away, San Luis Obispo forty-five minutes, Solvang is thirty minutes and Santa Barbara is an hour away.
The space
Relax in our spacious backyard with a book. Enjoy your meal and a glass of wine on one of our 3 outside picnic tables. Our kitchen has plenty of room to cook and socialize. The master bedroom and bath are spacious. Two additional bedrooms makes this a great home for, family reunions or business trips. Each bedroom has a tv. The Large entertainment room has a 65in tv enjoy viewing anything you want. Thinking of relocating to the central coast?, stay here and explore north and south the highlights of the area. Traveling nurses and engineers both have taken advantage of the close proximity to facilitate their professional career. Washer and dryer are also on the premises for current tenant usage.

Other things to note
Presquile Winery is the newest and closest winery offering tours, tastings, with an area for horseshoe and shuffleboard playing while enjoying the vistas. Public golf at Rancho Maria is five minutes away as is the private Santa Maria Country Club. Inside the welcome book lists other opportunities for shopping, dining, the wine trail and golf courses.

There is a RV parked on lot for room to sleep another 2 Adults and 4 Children or 4 Adults. With kitchen for basic cooking needs, microwave, coffee maker, stand up shower, bathroom and tvs.
