The property is walled but you do hear street noise when out of the balcony which is inevitable on the malecon in La Paz. "This lovely historic boutique hotel is an oasis in La Paz. We were treated like family. The rooms surround is a lovely courtyard. We were there during carnival and it was completely quiet in our hotel despite being a 10 min walk to the malecon. The restaurant had reasonably priced delicious meals.
