"I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....

"While the address and some of the photos on the listing doesn't match the correct property (it's for another one in a village nearby), we knew this ahead of time so had no issues. I'd definitely recommend going for the top floor rooms, as they're larger in size and have a nice view out to the street. Breakfast was included and contains half a croissant, slice of toast, a small cake and 1.5 muffins per person along with juice and tea/coffee."

"It was a great stay. We were greeted by the host in the apartment. She was very helpful and nice. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms very clean. "Hotel is walkable from bus stop, centrally located and near to the famous aqueduct and other tourist sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The room is spacious, air-conditioning okay. The only downside is there is no soundproofing in that we can literally hear people talking and footsteps coming up or down the stairs & passing by our room. If we were not tired that day, we would have had interrupted sleep due to the outside noise."

"A great choice of hotel for exploring Segovia. It’s right next to the Roman aqueduct, and you can walk up into the city to see the other attractions. If you arrive at Guiomar station then the local 11 bus drops you off across the road from the hotel. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room I had was spacious. Living area had a raised platform with two steps to reach sofa and coffee table, so this apartment would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues.
