"The front-desk and Bastardo restaurant service was 10/10. Exceeded expectations. The housekeeping service was good and the room was generally clean, but there were some signs the room needs a periodic deep-clean, e.g. cobwebs under the bedside table. The design of the bathroom is the only real issue: the bathroom door is frosted glass and is too narrow for the doorway, leaving a gap where you can see inside. The lack of privacy was very uncomfortable. Also, the shower design means water leaks...
