Arriving at Villa Vernaschi you will feel welcomed in an atmosphere that only the Marche countryside can offer, with the green hills and the strength of the mountain around the corner.
Renovated according to the latest anti-seismic regulations, it welcomes you in all its made in Marche beauty.
At guests' disposal in addition to the large swimming pool with solarium equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, a field where you can play football and a large patio with wood-burning oven and barbecue for nice dinners in the open air, enjoying the garden and the panorama that will invite you to transform your dinners into real moments of celebration.
Most of the rooms are located between the first and second floors.
We only have one room on the ground floor.
ATTENTION THE VARIOUS APARTMENTS ARE OPEN ON THE BASIS OF THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE BOOKED, OTHERWISE THEY ARE CLOSED.

- dirty linen (sheets and towels) placed on the ground floor
- empty fridge and freezer
- the house must be free of garbage, which must be carried in the appropriate external containers
If, at check out, the final order requested is not respected, there will be an additional fee to be paid in cash of € 200.

Dear Guests
ITALIAN LAW has imposed precise rules regarding the use of air conditioning and heating systems.
Rules from which, unfortunately, we cannot exempt ourselves.
- SUMMER lighting from June 30th to August 30th, max 25 ° allowed
- WINTER power on from November 8th to April 7th, max allowed 19 ° (for 12 HOURS DAILY)
In the event of irregularities, the state provides for the payment of fines with an amount of 3,000 euros.
The temperatures will be controlled by a technician, on site or directly remotely. (useless to lower or raise the thermostats).


WIFI
Villa Vernaschi has a latest generation wifi system but being located in the open countryside, connectivity may not be 100% functional (until now it has rarely happened and only in case of bad weather). The lack of functionality of the connection does not depend on us but directly on the service provider and the state.

The delivery of the identity documents of all guests present is mandatory, for reporting guests to the local police headquarters.
