We found the front door locked several times, our breakfast included we didn’t get due to early rising nobody around. The beds are very firm so hard to sleep! Staff excellent, restaurant was good and the view totally worth it!

The hotel might be a little small, but is perfectly located. The food is great and the staff were very friendly. My room was comfortable and the air conditioning works great ( to me that and the cleanliness are a must). The ocean is right outside the rooms. Very nice and clean room. Comfortable beds, nice sized room and bathrooms. AC was available and greatly appreciated after the hot sunny days and there was a mini fridge which helped keep our beverages cool. There was no clear reception area, but we came into the restaurant area below the hotel rooms and were able to talk with the staff and check in a bit early. The beach front area has some chairs and umbrellas which can be used you buy food from the restaurant. The location was wrong in Google maps previously, but I believe it is now showing up correctly in San Agustinillo.

If you’re looking for a small, family run hotel right on the beach, you’re in luck! We were warmly welcomed by the very friendly manger of the hotel who had a special surprise for us in our room because I mentioned it was our 30th anniversary. Such a sweet touch! We fell asleep to the sound of the pounding waves, which was lovely. Breakfast in the morning is fruit with yogurt and muesli, coffee and for me Huevos Rancheros. The food was excellent, and although the service could be a little pokey at times, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Tips: As you face the beach, walk to the right to the Playa Bebe for tranquil swimming out of the surf. I would highly recommend this place for a small hotel experience. Their kitchen closes at 530pm, but there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby!

The location said Mazunte, but in reality it was located in San Agustinillo... we had to call and get the right address. The hotel information said check in at 9am, we arrived at 10:30 am and there was no staff when we checked in, only 1 waiter and an lady who apparentlywas the boss, but they didnt know about our reservation they kept on insisting us on a rate of $2,800 pesos per night and only stoped until we showed our Expedia confirmation. Apparently the "hotel" staff didn't come in until 1pm, so we couldn't pay our stay upfront like we planned... When we were taken to our room they didn't give us a key, we had to ask for it and they had to go and "find it". The waiter cameback with a bunch of keys and tried them on our room door to see which one worked... There was no TV in the room Our resevation included breakfast, but on the first morning, we went down at 8am and there was no one in the hotel/restaurant but us... so we just went somewhere else to have breakfast since we had our day already planned. On our second day we decided to wait until 10am when there was actually some staff, to go and have breakfast...

La experiencia fue simplemente impecable, desde el momento en que llegamos, quedamos impresionados por la belleza del lugar. El hotel está perfectamente ubicado, justo en una playa increíblemente hermosa, lo que hace que las vistas sean espectaculares. La sensación de despertar con el sonido del mar y disfrutar del paisaje desde la habitación es indescriptible. La comida fue otro punto destacado: deliciosa, variada y de una calidad excelente y el servicio fue excepcional. Sin duda, espero regresar en el futuro.

Buena estancia, excelente ubicación, algunos detalles como que nos falló el aire acondicionado en una habitación una noche. Desayunos deliciosos, un poco lentos en cocina; pero la verdad lo recomiendo mucho.
