"The property has a sense of serenity with beautiful views. Its location is excellent a short walk along the lake's promenade gets you right to Bardolino centre with beautiful resraurants and shops. Very clean and the staff are very helpful. Only negative is that the rooms are a bit dated and need an uplift with better decor. Saying that I would still choose this hotel if visiting the area again!"

"The AC was broken and the staff still put us in the room. We got conflicting information on how long the AC was down. We switched rooms; however, the AC still did not work until our last day. We heard other guests had the same complaint. There were no apologies, only a bottle of wine sent to our room. The property is beautiful and the restaurant to very good. I would not stay here again as the front desk service was not helpful and condescending when we asked why they would put us in a room that they knew that the AC was broken. This is not a 5 star property. "
