This property was absolutely great. I stayed in one of the suites and the amenities were modern, the room was clean, quality toiletries, good food in the restaurant it was very relaxing and quiet. The hotel is secure and features a 24-hour desk clerk and an entryway with a locked gate. There is always someone who speaks both English and Spanish on the property and I never had a problem. All of the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. This place is a great place to stay if you want to be close to everything in Santa Marta. The travel time to Rodadero is about 30 minutes by taxi and costs about 18-20k pesos.

The staff were great and the rooms were clean. However there are bed bugs that need to be treated. My legs were covered in bites when I woke up. For a property that is meant to be 4 stars, this should not be happening. Hopefully the hotel fixes the issue.

Receptionist was very helpful in choosing the right room. Hotel is an old colonial style is very beatiful, amazing tree inside. Very clean around. Only breakfast was not that great.

A true Gem 💎
This place is amazing. Very relaxing, clean spacious rooms. 2 cozy pools that more than accommodates. The staff was A+, location A+, breakfast A+. I will stay again. If I had to complain, there is no elevator but the exercise was needed. I love this place, don't hesitate to book and stay here.

I have stayed at this boutique hotel seven times in four years during every season. The sevice has ben exceptional and personal every time. Alícia in the restaurant and cleaning does an amazing job taking care of me every visit. She treats me like family. I love seeing her every morning for breakfast. Alícia is one of many great employees. The front desk and management are all amazing humans. Always positive and helpful for any nationality and many kindly speak English for us (me). I will be back soon. Come say Hi in the restaurant.

Our flight was canceled and we were unable to ise the night we actually booked. The hotel called us an asked why we didnt make it for the reservation. After explain the flight issue, they offered to give us a credit for a night in the future. We accepted and ended up using the night of credit. The hotel is awesome as well as the staff. Clean, quiet and always great service. Enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning in the near future.

Perfect stay in the heart of it all.
Absolutely loved everything about this charming place in the middle of Old Town. Such a lively location short blocks from so many bars and restaurants. Touristic area tho that's what the experience is. Little local places as well to shop and eat. Very comfortable beds and linens. Gorgeous design and art. Quiet even though the area is energetic. Every staff member seemed friendly and eager to assist. From the amazing check in to the ladies cooking and serving breakfast on the terrace overlooking the church, it felt so comfy! 2 small relaxing pool areas were well kept. These folks are a great team making you wish for a few more days here. Great job everyone!
