"Great value in an expensive city (Santa Monica). I like that they have security cameras all over the place. Free basic breakfast was a welcome thing. My only complaint is that the Internet speed would grind to a halt during peak hours. This may have been to unexpected demand due to the Palisades fire. By the later 2 days of my stay, they seemed to have worked out the problem. "

"Overall I was very comfortable. The lack if bell services was hard for me as I am an older person and had several bags. Thankfully a couple of other guests lent a hand.
