"I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. "Nice hotel. We stayed here on a layover to Palau. They allowed us a late checkout at no charge. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and they charge $150 round trip for the shuttle. It’s definitely excessive. The food in the restaurant was very good. "

I've stayed here many times as a local resident and the entire staff has been excellent; however, the property is starting to look run down. My Premiere Suite windows were dirty and the entire bathroom glass area was stained with hard water deposits.
