"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. "Love! Great place! I would recommend/stay here again. Super clean and comfortable especially for a long stay. Plenty of space, bedding, and linens for a family/group. Outdoor area of the complex and pool are well maintained with plenty of clean grass space for the pup.
