Best Kept Secret On The Beach! Located on the Gulf side of 30A!

First floor condo with great access and convenience to the beach. Our condo is one of the best values in the complex and in the entire Seagrove, Santa Rosa and Seaside Beach area!

Our first floor condo is a comfortable approx. 800 square feet in size and has been updated throughout. It is well maintained, nicely decorated, bright, clean and cheerful. The condo has 2 bedrooms, a master suite with a king bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. The living room and each of the bedrooms have TVs with HD cable service. 2 of the TVs have DVD players.

Sit on the patio and listen to the Gulf of Mexico and view some of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen.

If you’re ready for a beach day, head down to your access right at the end San Roy Road, about a 4-minute walk. Enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. This is a 2+ acre stretch of beach with plenty of room and is the recommended beach for your stay at Beachside Villas. And, for your convenience, Beachside Villas provides transportation to and from this beach access via golf cart service from March – October (please call us for specific dates).

Beachside Villas has such a great family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, tennis, or pickleball. You can even grab pickleball equipment at the onsite HOA office. Soak up the sun at either one of the 2 pools. One of the pools is heated seasonally. Grill up an amazing BBQ feast on one of the community charcoal grills. The location can't be beat - quiet and secluded but close to everything you'd want to do on your 30A vacation: fantastic restaurants, shops, golf courses, and bike rentals. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just a few miles away.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Great location
This location is perfect. The common space is a little cramped for more than 3 adults but rooms are a decent size. I'm so used to staying at properties that are stocked with the basics (salt and pepper, trash bags, coffee filters, etc.) that I forgot to bring any of them. Was frustrating to have to buy that stuff for a few days of need. We couldn't find the pool code on any of the documentation but the host team responded quickly. When you arrive, count the number of pool bands. I didn't and was charged because 2 were missing. Overall, this won't be a go-to but it was good enough.

Providing your renters with amenities should be a standard. It was obvious at the rental that is not the case. Very dated and lack luster for the price paid.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this property. Best kept little secret. The location is perfect and the condo, though smaller, is quaint and perfectly appointed. Felt like home...on the beach!

Repeat Guest Forever
This was our second year staying at this property. The rental agency Garrett Realty was a dream to work with. We needed a few items that weren't included in the unit (cookie sheet, hot pads/oven mitts, and a vacuum) and they brought them over within an hour. It's such a great location, because it's the closest to the boardwalk. You can see the ocean from the kitchen window which makes doing dishes more bearable. Check out was so easy, clean the dishes, throw the towels in the bathtub, and take out the trash. The area in general is fantastic for families and for a more quiet vacation. If you are looking to do something fun, Panama City is 22 minutes away. The umbrella and chairs provided with the unit needed to be replaced, but it was not a deal breaker. The overall finishes and decor are dated, but I didn't mind that either, felt like a grandparents house. So in conclusion we had a great vacation the property is a great value and the agency was wonderful to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Can't wait to come back next year!
This unit is the closest to the beach, which is a must when you have small children. It was well stocked with towels, kitchen tools, and sheets/blankets. There were even some chairs and an umbrella in the closet for us to use. We had a small issue with bugs that was quickly taken care of and we didn't have any problems for the rest of our stay. It couldn't have been a better vacation for us. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will be returning again next year.

Beautiful Beach!
We had a wonderful time! Communication with the home owners was great. We were given several recommendations, etc. The owners also responded to questions immediately. The home itself was tastefully decorated, had comfortable furnishings, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location and area are easy to find, set beachside off of 30A. The beautiful beach is just down the boardwalk shown in the photos provided. We appreciate Claudia sharing her home with us and we hope to stay again soon.

Great condo - close to the beach - kid friendly!
This is a GREAT condo. Very clean, the size is just right for a family of 4. We had 2 small kids and they loved the twin beds in the back bedroom. Very short walk to the beach! Great view from the kitchen window. The condo has everything you need and there is a charcoal grill right outside. There was always adequate parking! The pool is great as well. Overall very nice condo!

Perfect for a family with young children!
This lovely condo was perfect for our family of four! The owners were great to work with and very prompt about answering all our questions. The condo was clean and well -stocked with everything we needed. The second bedroom was perfect for our young children, even fitting our pack-n-play very nicely with plenty of room to spare. The location is wonderful! We loved how close it was to the beach! The complex itself is just a bit outside the main part of Seagrove so it's quiet but you can easily ride bikes to nearby shops and restaurants. Our favorite place was The Hub - just a short bike ride away and very family-friendly with a variety of dining options and a place for the kids to run around. Very pleased with this condo and will definitely be back!

Nice, low key home away from home
We really enjoyed our stay in the condo and our first time in Sea Grove. The proximity to the beach (with ramp access, not 1,000 stairs) and the previously mentioned cleanliness of the unit were both deciding factors for our reservation. The decription of the condo is accurate! The cleanest beach condo I've stayed in -I am very picky about cleanliness. The unit isn't big, but is thoughtfully stocked and has pretty much everything you might need for a week's stay. It was perfectly efficient for 2 adults, 2 young children and an infant. We would definitely stay here again! Next time we will bring our bicycles. Thank you Jerry and Claudia!
