One of the best places I’ve stayed
This property was immaculate. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the drive was so easy to multiple beaches. The hospital and fire department are on the same road not even half a mile away, so medical care is close if that’s important to you. The host was so responsive and helpful - we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this property.

Simply Perfect!
The condo was perfect for our girls’ getaway trip! Very clean, comfortable beds, pretty updated decor, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals and a nice sized kitchen table. Communication with the owner was great! Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for relaxing weekend
My girlfriends and I were looking for a weekend vacation, but did not want to be in an area with spring breakers. The location of this property was PERFECT for us! We were able to drive to the beach, several restaurants, and stayed clear of the tourists. I would stay here again!

This property is beautiful! Perfect for family and friends wanting to stay together! 3 beds and 2.5 baths, full kitchen, living, dining, etc. Very clean, new, awesome location. Close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Host did great job communicating!

Family vacation
We spent three night, location was great. I was a little skeptical at first, but we found out that we Were 10 to fifteen minutes from just about everything we wanted to do. Would rent again and stay longer next time. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice and clean, looked just like picture.

Amazing!!!
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, very welcoming. It provided everything we could possibly need including stuff for the beach. Which was conveniently located 10-15 minutes away. We took advantage of the games and had a few wonderful game nights. Overall we had a wonderful time and we’ll definitely go back.

Great place for the price and location!
Everything was taken care of, location was great the only issue we ran into was the coffee maker has sugar ants in it. For a bunch of guys it wasn’t a big deal… but i could see how it could be for some other crowds.

Amazing and comfortable stay
We were beyond happy with our stay. This property had everything that we needed for the week. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen, plus the laundry room!! Super cute 3/2.5 townhome! Perfect for a get away, with easy access to shopping, dining, beach and local attractions. Everything was provided down to even having a cooler if you need one. The owner is super responsive and checks in to ensure you are enjoying your stay! We’ll be back!

Perfect Beach Stay!
This home was very clean, well decorated, with ample room for luggage and clothing. Close to everything you would need! There is a hose located conveniently in front of the house. Great for washing sand off the beach chairs after a long day in the crystal clear water. I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking for an inexpensive coastal retreat! The host was very quick to reply and gave helpful info as well!

Booked this place for our stay in Santa Rosa Beach. It was perfect for my family which included my wife and I, my parents, and my adult kids. Close to beach areas, dining, and grocery stores. The property was beautiful and very clean. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. Owner was prompt to respond to messages, and very helpful. We booked for 4th of July weekend, and this place was more affordable than any other properties or hotels in the area that raised prices exponentially for the holiday weekend. We feel like we got very lucky compared to other family and friends coming into the area for our family event. Would highly recommend this property!!
