If you are looking for unique place to stay at the beach Deniz is the place. This two bedroom unit is perfect for two couples, additional sleeping is sleeper sofa for two max. Deniz is located on the third floor above the Amore by the sea shop in the heart of Seaside, Florida. This European style apartment is extremely comfortable. Washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, queen bed in one bedroom, twin bed in the other. Each bedroom has own bathroom Gather with friends and family on the third floor roof for stunning views of sunset, moonrise and star studded evenings.
3 nites minimum year around, 4 nights , 4 th of July,Xmas and thanksgiving
This cottage is at third floor walk up beach access is in seaside via access point , Coleman pavilion

This home is pet friendly and required non- refundable $250 deposit

Deniz which sleeps 2-6. If you are large family or friends of 10-12 we can combine the two apartment Amore and Deniz to accommodate you. Amore is on the second floor with the porch, Deniz is on the third floor with the roof. But no elevator.Please ask for those special combined rates.
Pool pass is $42for 6 persons, including pool access and fitness has to get as checking in till checking out
Parking pass is $20during your stay

The Gem of Seaside
I can't recall staying in a short term rental that had a host as accommodating as Ozy. He was very communicative prior to checking in and during our stay. The place could not have been in a better location. Literally right in the heart of the town center. We walked out our door and had food, shopping, beach and entertainment not even 5yds away. Loved the rooftop patio, spent every evening up there watching the sunset and feeling the ocean breeze. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy dinner here. We are definitely booking this location again next year with Ozy.

Mission in the central part of Seaside. The host was excellent to deal with. Really straightforward. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Very very close to beach access. Would stay here again.

Seaside School 5K Weekend
Several of us came to do the 5K for the weekend. The location could have not been any better! Plenty of room and Ozy was very quick to respond to any questions. Cannot wait to stay here again.

Amazing option in heart of Seaside FL
Great location, one of best hosts on VRBO, such a lovely downtown just steps from the unit, beach is less than a block away and tons of food options right there. Definitely the number one choice for next visit!

Ozy the owner was fabulous. He was always quick to reply kd there was anything we needed and helped us get passes to beach and pool. The location was right in the middle of everything and had a lovely view of the water. It was a great stay!

We had the absolute best time here with memories we will cherish forever! The home was in the perfect location, we literally didn’t step foot in our car all week. The location was great. The view from the porch or the couch, you can see the whole town square. Not a far walk to the pool, nor the beach. My teens with me loved the location. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay and the owner was very nice and accommodating. The location was great and the weather was nice. The condo had everything we needed and the water pressure was great. Some of the interior doors do not completely close but that was a very minor detail. My only thing was I mistakenly asked for pool passes (I thought I was just asking if there was any but it was a miss communication on my end) we never went to the pool or exercise room and wasted $150 dollars. So just make sure you are clear that you do or do not want pool passes. The weather was great everyday and we stayed on the beach it was an amazing trip.

We just returned from Seaside. Our stay was a great location for beach views, shopping and people watching. The Paris like apartment was great with stairs inside to the large rooftop with inside room also.. The owner, Ozy was wonderful, meeting our every need. Can’t say enough about the stay.

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in one of the best prime locations in Seaside. We were walking distance to the entire town. We had no issues with parking and the best beach access was just across the street. Our communication with Ozy was incredible and I cannot wait to stay at his location agai!

We loved the location of the condo. However we won’t stay there again. The host did not explain the location of legal parking spots. We were also surprised at check in to have to pay a parking fee. We received a ticket & the security guard we spoke with said the owner failed to direct us to the correct locations. The listing says 3 bathrooms and there are only 2. Also, we were surprised to not have access to the community pool without 24 hours notice & a $42 fee. Very thin and not enough towels. Host did provide additional sheets & pillows when requested but there were not enough upon arrival.

I stayed here with 4 teens aged 14-17. You cannot beat the location - you are right in the center of Seaside and able to walk everywhere needed. Ozy, the owner was very responsive to any questions and ensured we had a wonderful stay! Will definitely be back!

Perfect dog friendly Seaside spot!
My husband and 3 adult children, and a little dog, planned for a long weekend. Unfortunately, 2 of the children couldn't make it...but husband and daughter had a lovely few days...right in the heart of Seaside. We've rented many different cottages at Seaside...and this one is one of our favs. Ozy answered every question that came up!

This was our first stay at Seaside and it was a trip with memories for sure. Our third floor apartment was very comfortable and the location was fantastic! Easy assess to the square with the beach across the street! The apartment was super clean with everything we needed!
