Great Space for a large group!
Property listing as described. Unfortunately during our stay the elevator was not working which created a hardship for the 70 plus grandparents. I would suggest a second fridge be added as soon as possible in the garage. Duel laundry was a major bonus with all the towels used daily. All in all highly recommend for an older group with mature adults with the king rooms and bathrooms.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. Shorter walk to the beach than it looks in the picture. Pool was perfect. All had a wonderful time. Definitely a return trip. If not this one, another one with 850 Rentals!

Nice location on Santa Rosa Beach
This place was new and had 12 bedrooms with a majority of them king beds which suited us perfectly. The bedding was nice, the pool was a little warm but no fault to the property management company, and bathrooms and closet were large. It was a walk to the beach or a golf cart ride. Perfect location. Elevator was amazing for elderly parents. We loved it! Couldn’t be happier! Recommendation: rent a golf cart for the week and bicycles…this property doesn’t come with them. Bring your own beach towels. There is only one fridge in this house so make sure to separate food on the mini- fridges on different levels.

Perfect house
House and pool was perfect as well as listing,the property manager was very helpful with any questions. unfortunately i was unaware of the location of santa rosa and 30a as the public beaches is very small because of all the private beaches! Spending alot of money to have very little beach access or having to drive to other beaches is unpleasant i personally will never go back to this area or any property in the walton co area.
